Therapy for High-Achieving Women

If you are reading this, you have already done the hardest thing.

The hardest part was admitting, even just to yourself, that something needs to change. Telehealth therapy for driven, high-functioning women in TX, LA, NJ, and FL.

Sound familiar?

It is usually some combination of all of these things

High-achieving women do not come to therapy because they have fallen apart. They come because something that used to work has stopped working, and they are tired of managing it alone.

Stress and anxiety that has been running in the background for years
Feeling like you have lost yourself somewhere in all the achieving
Relationships suffering because there is not much left of you by the time you get home
Succeeding at everything on paper and feeling surprisingly empty about it

The thing most high-achieving women are most afraid to admit

That they need help at all. Not because they judge others for needing it. Because needing help feels like evidence that the version of themselves they have worked so hard to build is not as solid as it looks.

What shifts...

It is different for every person. That is the point.

What most have in common: they arrive managing. They leave with something more than management.

From performing life to actually living it

The distinction sounds small. It is enormous. When you stop running the show from the outside and start actually feeling it from the inside.

Off the hamster wheel, toward what you actually want

Years spent on a path built for who others needed you to be. Therapy is where you get honest about what you actually want from your life.

Relationships that feel close, not just functional

Learning to let people in without losing yourself in the process. Connection that does not cost you everything.

How I work

My approach is direct and warm. I am not going to let you stay comfortable in a place that is not working. I am also not going to push faster than you can actually integrate.

I work with a mix of approaches depending on what you respond to. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the patterns that keep you stuck. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for the relationship with your own thoughts and the pressure you put on yourself. Somatic work for the places where the stress lives in your body rather than your head. Sessions are tailored. There is no script and no predetermined timeline.

I also bring a personal understanding of what it is to be a high-achieving woman carrying a lot. I am a wife, a mother, and someone who has built a career that requires showing up fully every day. I do not say that to make it about me. I say it because it matters that your therapist actually gets it.

Online therapy for professional women
in Texas, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Florida

All sessions are via telehealth. I am licensed in Texas, including Austin and Bee Cave, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Florida. You can do this from your office between meetings, from your car, from wherever works. The women I work with have full schedules. Telehealth makes consistent support actually possible rather than theoretical.

Getting started

I offer a free 20-minute consultation. We will talk about what is going on and whether working together makes sense. No pressure and no commitment. If I am not the right fit, I will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.

You already did the hard part by being here. The rest is deciding to take the next step.
