My approach is warm and practical. I am trained in perinatal mental health, which means I understand the specific clinical picture of pregnancy and postpartum, not just general anxiety or depression. This season has its own patterns, its own pressures, and its own timeline, and I know how to work within all of it.
Some people need tools to manage anxiety day to day. Others need space to process the grief of the life that changed, or the pressure of who they are supposed to be now, or the disconnection they feel from themselves or each other. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic approaches depending on what fits each person. There is no single script.
Sessions are 50 minutes. They move at a pace that works for your life, not a predetermined program.
Online postpartum and pregnancy therapy
across Texas, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Florida
All sessions are via telehealth. I am licensed in Texas, including Austin and Bee Cave, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Florida. You can do this from your couch, your car, or your bedroom while the baby naps. You do not have to find childcare or get yourself out of the house to access consistent, specialized support.
Telehealth works especially well for perinatal care. Showing up is already the hardest part, and removing one barrier makes a real difference.
Getting started
I offer a free 20-minute consultation. We will talk about where you are right now and whether working together makes sense. No pressure, no commitment. If I am not the right fit for what you are going through, I will tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
You do not have to have it figured out before you call. You just have to be ready to talk.
