What is Eudaimonia®?

Eudaimonia (you-day-moan-ee-uh) is a word rooted in ancient Greek philosophy. It combines “eu” meaning “good” and “daimon” meaning “inner spirit” or “true nature.” It refers to living in alignment with your values, your purpose, and your inner truth.

Dr. Donna Dannenfelser developed Eudaimonia® Psychology as a modern framework for emotional and mindset transformation. Her work offers practical tools to help people move away from fear-based reactions and begin responding with clarity, purpose, and self-trust.

When I first encountered this framework, it immediately clicked with the kind of work I was already doing with clients. It gave structure and language to something I had always believed: we don’t need to chase happiness. We need to learn how to return to ourselves. That’s what this program helps you do.
